I’ve been working in the Special Education field as long as I can remember. My grandmother was an RN for several disabilities nursing homes and my mother worked for classrooms with moderate/severe children in Special Day Classes. As soon as I could I applied to become a substitute for the school district where I grew up. Eventually, I also started working for private companies doing respite care and helping individuals with ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) therapy.
In this video I go over a few different fine motor activities that I created using things all from the dollar tree!! Fine motor activities help build hand eye coordination and finger strength. These were so easy to put together, cheap to make, and my kiddos loved them.
